My vet gave me a paper prescription. Can I use it to purchase a prescription item?

Yes, you can use your veterinarian's written paper prescription to purchase your pet's prescription item.

You can submit the written prescription by selecting the "Mail in Option" before checkout. You will then need to Mail in the ORIGINAL copy to the pharmacy's designated address:

ATTN AmazonRx Approvals
Vetsource

Portland, OR 97230

Please note that an order may be canceled if the WRX is invalid (e.g., expired, missing information, a photocopy, or has a digital/stamped signature). If this happens, you will receive an Amazon order cancellation email that directs you to contact the Seller (Vetsource) for more information.
