How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel prescription orders that have not yet been approved by your veterinarian. To cancel your order, log into your Amazon account and go to “Your Orders.” Locate the order you wish to cancel and select “Cancel Order.” Please note that an order already approved for processing cannot be canceled.
